Jerusalem Old City
If you want to truly experience what ancient Jerusalem was like, you should book a tour to the Old City. The walled area within the modern part of Jerusalem preserves its ancient and spiritual heritage.
Home to some of the holiest sites for the Christians, Jews, and Muslims, many describe a trip to the Old City of Jerusalem as intense and almost celestial.
Jerusalem Old City is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Within the walls, you will find the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Dome of the Rock, the Western Wall or the Wailing Wall, Church of the Sepulchre, the Tower of David Museum, the Jaffa Gate, the Christian Quarter, Damascus Gate, the Jewish Quarter, and the Muslim Quarter, among other tourist attractions.
You can explore most of what the Old City has to offer in half a day. But if you truly want to experience the spirituality of the walled area, spend as much as a full day or visit the city by section. In most cases, the one-hour duration is allocated for each attraction found within the Old City. If you want to see them all within that period, half-day won't be enough.
Whichever tour duration you choose, La Vacanza can arrange one for you. Choose between a private tour or with other tourists, complete with other arrangements you want to be included in your trip.
