Booked with very little notice and received excellent communication!! Text messages instructing me exactly where to go and what to do. Best airport transfer ever!! Very nice comfortable car and driver was excellent!!

I was pleasantly surprised when our driver led us to a huge tourist bus after meeting us at the designated area at the airport. I was initially worried that we would not fit in one vehicle with all our luggage, but the tour company representative, Alana, assured us that she would arrange a large vehicle, and she definitely delivered! Alana was helpful, very communicative, always available to answer any queries (even on weekends), and gave very clear and specific instructions. This service was problem-free, and I highly recommend it!

This service is great! We booked them for departure transfer too! It was great that we could communicate directly through wechat and even whatsapp. This made everything easier for us. They sent me a picture of the exact spot the driver was, so we would not have any trouble finding him. Would definitely recommend!
