We were told to met the driver at a certain point. We were there he wasn't. After waiting over 30 minutes we ended up calling La Vacanza Travel. Was then connected to the local company. Had to pay for these calls and once talking to both the driver and the local company they agreed to reimburse us the money. We also had to find our way back to our hotel

We had a great day with Alfred, even in the pouring rain! He was very professional, getting in touch with me right away and being flexible on the tour as he learned what we already saw, what our preferences were, and even adjusting in the pouring rain by taking us to a delicious authentic coffee shop / bakery for pineapple buns. Alfred knew we had a flight and was willing to start early and drop us off at our hotel. I felt we saw a lot during our time together!

We had a great time with Alfred! He was very professional, getting in touch with me right away and being willing to meet us a bit earlier so we can get back in time for our flight. It was pouring rain the morning of our tour but Alfred still was able to show us a lot by navigating the Ding Ding and metro system. We had 4 stops all across Hong Kong in 4 hours, which I thought was very impressive when you take into account travel. He was also very flexible, changing the itinerary to skip sights we have already seen and taking us to a delicious bakery for pineapple buns when the rain got too much for us. He was also very knowledgeable and included historical facts and daily living in Hong Kong

Jon was a great guide. He met us in the hotel lobby and quickly got us into a cab and off to the morning markets before grabbing lunch at a Michelin Star restaurant. We then took a train and cable car to the big Buda and monastery. After some souvenir shopping Jon made sure we got back to our starting point on the train. We had a great time.

This was my very first time visiting Hong Kong, and I had such an amazing time thanks to the wonderful guide Malin. She's so knowledgeable and customized the tour perfectly for me. I highly recommend it!!!
