To ensure a smooth booking process, please note the following guidelines:
1: The maximum cut-off time for setting a reservation is 48 hours. But ,during peak seasons, such as when visiting the Forbidden City, tickets must be reserved at least 7 days in advance.We highly recommend booking your tickets at least 7 days ahead to secure your spot during busy times.
2: In case you're unable to reserve tickets 7 days prior, you can still make a booking up to 48 hours before your visit. However, please be aware that if tickets are sold out, we regretfully have to decline your booking.
3: Kindly input all accurate passport names and numbers during the booking process.
4: The standard ticket fee is 60RMB/40RMB. Our service fee covers ticket booking assistance and includes the 60RMB/40RMB ticket fee. By booking, you confirm your agreement with the service fee.
5: No need to visit the ticket office for ticket changes; simply present your passport at the checking gate.
