Your private tour guide will pick you up from your hotels lobby at 9:00am to start the garden adventures.
Your first stop is the Summer Palace (first built in 1,750), a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design. The natural landscape of hills and open water is combined with artificial features such as pavilions, halls (Hall of Benevolence and Longevity, Hall of Happiness and Longevity, and etc), palaces, temples and bridges (such as Seventeen Arches Bridge) to form a harmonious ensemble of outstanding aesthetic value. Using Kunming Lake, the former reservoir of the Yuan dynasty’s capital and Longevity Hill as the basic framework, the Summer Palace combined political and administrative, residential, spiritual, and recreational functions within a landscape of lakes and mountains, in accordance with the Chinese philosophy of balancing the works of man with nature. You will also see the famous Qingyan Stone Boat there. From there you will take a dragon boat cruise to the South Gate of the Summer Palace(In summer time)

Walk along the longest corridor in the world which listed on the Guinness book of world record;

then continue to the Marble Boat--a foreign style superstructure which was supposed to be a symbol of stability of the Qing Dynasty.

Stop At: Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan), Qinghuan West Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100007 China
Continue to the Old Summer Palace, a veritable museum of garden construction and horticulture. It's Chinese name is Yuanminyuan, which means "Garden of Gardens". It was constructed during the 18th and early 19th century and was a wonderland of lakes and waterways, bridges, hills and pavilions. However, it was destroyed in 1860.
