Pickup Details

Arrival Pickup Instructions: Upon clearing immigration, proceed to collect your luggage from the designated luggage belt in the restricted area. Clients should expect our chauffeur to be waiting in the arrival hall holding a tablet displaying Welcome Mr./Ms. (your name), ensuring easy identification. In case you encounter any difficulty in locating the chauffeur, please feel free to contact us using the provided contact information in the "Contact Us" section. For Changi Airport pick-up, please note the multiple exits available; please use the one corresponding to the luggage belt number you've been assigned to collect your luggage. For instance, if your luggage belt is Belt 32, kindly use the exit marked for Belts 31-34. Please refrain from using the exit for Belts 35-38. This will ensure that you will meet up with the chauffeur at the correct meet up point.
