Guide provided interesting informations through out the tour. Had a good time in the hot springs but would have liked to spend more time than what was allocated.

Stephen was an amazing tour guide. The tour was easy to understand and highly organized. We visited more places than expected. For the price, we saw so many sites that we could not have seen by our selves. It was a pleasant surprise. The transportation was very clean. We The experience was worth while and the family truly loved it. We highly recommend!

I prefer small group tours with excellent guides and that's exactly what Real Rotorua offers. There are thermal places everywhere in Rotorua, but with the Thermal Walk tour we got a chance to see a great variety of amazing places without hours of research finding them and plotting a route. I'm sure I would have missed several of my favorite stops if I'd tried to do it on my own. I learned so much from Stephen, our guide. And the soak at the Hot Springs at the end was fabulous! Don't miss this!

Stephen was a great guides who obviously loves the area Gave us loads of fascinating information in an easy way. The walk in the forest allowed us to how the heat affected the landscape and the mud pools were amazing. Enjoyed the time in the hot springs at the end.
