If you love getting out and about in nature, and want to learn how to capture beautiful wildlife photos then this is the photography workshop for you!

During this Richmond Park wildlife photography workshop, you will learn how to capture exciting, creative wildlife images through ‘in the field’ tutorials in front of the majestic Red and Fallow deer that occupy the Royal Park. There are countless beautiful backdrops, including Silver Birch Tree copses, lone Oak Trees, ferns and lakes, ensuring you will come away with beautiful images to be proud of.

At the same time as learning the technical side of photography, we will talk a lot about the thought process of creating photos, not just taking them. I will offer tips on composition, guide your photographic eye and help you develop a proactive photography mindset, ensuring you can apply your new found skills to any given situation when photographing in the future.

    Took a friend of my mine for this so called Wildlife Photography Experience, oh dear ! I think She could have captured more in her Garden ! What a let down , plus despite asking about the gate closure time , had trouble getting out of the park , finding many gates locked !

    Bought this as a gift for my partner. Not only did he find it extremely useful in terms of learning new photography methods / how to get the most out of his camera, he also thoroughly enjoy the company he was in. He said he loved the overall experience. Matt was great he said!

    Matt ran a great session on a sunny evening in Richmond Park. There was a wide range of abilities within the group but he handled it really well with a mix of technical teaching as well as lighting, framing and composition. I hadn't been to Richmond Park to photograph before, but Matt knew the best spots for us to go to see wildlife. A thoroughly enjoyable and helpful workshop

    Gorgeous workshop learning about photography techniques for beautiful nature in Richmond Park. So many highlights ... gorgeous birds, even found the kestrels, woodpeckers and a little owl. Matthew really generous with his knowledge and tips. Even helped me programme manual settings for birds in flight ! Wonderful. THANK YOU. My daughter and I loved the workshop. Knowledge for life !

    I absolutely loved this experience. Matt was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals and he gave us great tips on composition and also settings for various different situations. Having never photographed wildlife before this was really inspiring and fun. I would love to attend his other trips around the UK in future. The group was just the right size.
