It is better to take a bit longer River cruise on Thames. Actually River looks bit cleaner after Canary Warf. Cruise provides an opportunity to take better pictures of the monuments along the route.

Absolutely shocking experience. We were looking for the river taxis to Bankside (at the London Eye for anyone wondering) but purchased a ticket from Festival Pier as the guy at the desk assured us "we can get you there in 10 mins and we're cheaper than Uberboats". We needed Bankside Pier specifically as we had a restaurant booking at The Swan. But the boat sailed on past with no explanation. It seemed the captain had decided not to stop as there was nobody waiting. The next stop was Butler's Wharf - 2km downriver! This area is not exactly lavish in public transport options so we had to walk back - and I have mobility issues. And yes - we missed our booking. Furious does not even come close. From reading other reviews, it seems this is not an uncommon occurrence. I would further comment that their website boasts of their 'expert skippers' - oh really? - and that their 'dedicated team [will] ensure your experience is smooth sailing'. FAIL. And don't bother to try to contact them by phone - all you get is a curt pre-recorded message directing you to the website and the call is arbitrarily ended. Utterly useless.

Great trip, great commentary, excellent way to see everything and ground yourself on location. Definitely worth it and would recommend or do again. Instructions on finding the place was also easy.

Lovely cruise with great, humorous commentary by a crew member. Nice boat and great experience unlike a cruise with the Uber boats. Uber cruises are staffed by ignorant, ill-mannered young people entirely lacking in people skills, avoid like the plague!!!

The park at Greenwich is big and beautiful. souvenir shops are less expensive than in London. The commentary on the boat was educational. The view of the city is a new perspective.
