Via highway number 32, the main connection that has made overland travel possible between Bangkok and Ayutthaya, the driver follows the road and the contours of the Chao Phraya River. Following the flat landscape, dotted with factories and sceneries of green, an authentic, somewhat sleepy side of Thailand will soon make way for the more historical side of rustic Ayutthaya.
