Good dinner cruise, friendly staff, clean tidy boat, great music. It's a long wait to board the boat, and very busy area. The only improvement I could suggest is pointing out the sights passed, we didn't know what we were passing or its significance.

Beautiful ship, she arrived in spectacular style, we were really excited…even though we thought it left at 7pm but actually doesn’t leave until 8pm, nowhere to sit so you just have to stand and wait,,,,on a normal night I’m sure it would be fab but the night we went the tide was too high to get under the bridge to see the sights we’d booked to see, the tide is not their fault admittedly but I’m sure a captain being in charge of a cruiser must be aware of the tides well in advance and the outcome and disappointment to guests, we live on an estuary and even we know when to expect a higher than average tide so really annoyed they took the booking,,,instead of seeing the Royal Palace and Wat Arun at night which we we booked it for we had a very boring cruise of the docks ….annoyingly we could have seen the sights on a ferry ticket we’d bought earlier in the day, but it was my birthday so paid over £100 for this to be a special night. Also the buffet was like a bun fight, instead of arranging for guests to walk in one direction people were all over the place, I felt uncomfortable having to fight for food at a buffet I ended up with some noodles then gave up, the experience was awful, …..they need to arrange for guests to walk in one direction that at least would make it easier. I was expecting Thai entertainment but it was a singer, she was very good just not what I was expecting. My husband was so disappointed he’d booked it as a lovely birthday surprise and quite honestly it was a very expensive mistake.

The trip was nice because it was a different way to view the city. We unfortunately couldn't cross under a bridge to see Temple of the Dawn, Emerald Buddha, and the Grand Palace from the river due to high river water. That's understandable though. The buffet food was ok but there was a lot of chaos as the lines were not organized and people were having to cut in front of others. The singer on the cruise was good and we danced to her singing. I would have given it a 5 if the buffet was more organized.
