At House of Taste Thai Cooking School, you'll be able to
1) shop at the local market (Morning class only)
2) cook authentic Thai food with experienced chef
3) carve mango (Afternoon class and Evening class)
4) have four favorite Thai dishes
The cooking class will be conducted in an air-conditioned class where you will be introduced to Thai exotic ingredients, including vegetables, spices, and herbs. The school's daily fixed menu consists of the following:
1) APPETIZERS / SOUP
- Spicy Lemongrass Salad
- Spicy Shrimp Salad
- Green Papaya Salad
- Deep Fried Spring Rolls
- Tom Yum Goong (Spicy and sour soup with shrimp)
- Tom Kha Gai (Spicy coconut soup with chicken)
2) FIRST MAIN COURSE
- Pad Thai Goong (Stir-fried Rice Noodle with shrimp)
3) SECOND MAIN COURSE (served with rice)
- Red Curry with Chicken
- Green Curry with Chicken
- Massaman Curry with Chicken
- Panang Curry with Chicken
4) DESSERT
- Mango Sticky Rice
Remark : We can provide substitute ingredients for vegetarian, halal, kosher and for allergy people.
*Please note that the market tour is available for only the morning class but for the afternoon and evening class would be the mango craving instead.*
