We will pick you up by car and/or boat from your hotel in Bangkok. You will have a chance to enjoy the livelihood along the canal. When you arrive, we will show you around our teak house built with the architect style dated back more than 500 years.
Then head to our open-aired family kitchen.
First section is ingredients introduction to understand their distinct taste and use. Then we will prepare and cut fresh ingredients for Tom Yum Goong (spicy and sour soup with shrimp) and Pad Thai (stir-fried rice noodle) followed by a short break with local snack served. Then Pang or Pla will guide you step by step how to cook them. You will surely enjoy your own creation for lunch.
Afternoon section starts after a short break. We will make Kaeng Kari Kai (Thai yellow curry with chicken). At this step you will learn the tips for frying curry paste and how to work with coconut cream and milk. The we proceed to making curry paste from scratches. Last dish to prepare and cook is Laab Moo (savoury pork salad) then taste all your dishes. There will be time for discussion and more questions.
The class will finish around 03:30 p.m., we will transfer you back to your hotel by car.
