Shambles is a 15th century street, originally built as a meat market but mow jome to many Harry Potter shops.

We booked a private tour for our group of 11 people for an extended family birthday get together. Mackenzie was a fabulous storyteller captivating us all with the perfect blend of history, folklore and humour. 
Everyone was really blown away by the tour and we are still talking about it just over a week later! 
The booking process was smooth and professional, just like the tour delivery itself, I really cannot recommend enough

What an amazing start to our stay in York! Dan led us on a fantastic walking tour which we booked for our first night in York. The actual walk gave us a nice introduction to the area and Dan’s story telling was absolutely brilliant, the tour was very informative about the city’s history too. I enjoyed listening to all of the ghost stories and really enjoyed my evening! Thanks Dan for your brilliant and informative tour!

Had a great time on the 1.5hour ghost walk. Josh was very engaging and entertaining. Kept our 10 year olds attention all the way round. Josh was knowledgeable and we learnt lots of facts about Yorks history and the different ghosts. Visited places we wouldn't necessarily have known about as we went up side streets and back alleys. Josh delivered the stories well, both creepy and theatrical, but also respectful with some comedy aswell. If your looking for a ghost tour for families pick this one, you won't be disappointed.

The team were very accommodating and the stories gave us a deeper understanding of York's incredible history and some of the atrocities that occurred during through the ages.

5/5 for us! It was very entertaining and light-hearted, despite the creepy stories! A really good turn out for a cold night! Josh was a brilliant guide! He was very knowledgeable! We had a great time!
