The biggest rip off ever. Promised hot drink and mince pie. No mince pies no hot chocolate service so slow that nearly back by time got drink, nothing to see vastly overpriced. Would not waste your money

This was my first ever time going on a cruise ship and it was an amazing experience, we got plenty of memorable photos and the top deck was the best place to sit for the view, we were sat at the front so could hear the commentary better and included with ticket is a mince pie and a hot chocolate, I definitely recommend this to those who are interested in river cruises and historic buildings. I have nothing bad to say about this cruise, it was worth the money (£15 per adult).

Please don't waste your money on the festive sightseeing cruise. Here's what you will get: a cup of tea with 1 small plastic milk pod and a very cheap supermarket mince pie/or apple pie. My friend and I had to share 1 plate and 1 serviette. No tablecloth or anything remotely cosy. No festive cheer: there were no Christmas decorations except a sad string of fairy lights that wasn't switched on. Boat is old and tatty. Top open deck has seats but completely open to the elements and in bad weather you have to sit in the enclosed space. If you're icky about covid: nobody except myself and staff wore a mask. Hand sanitiser empty. No visible ventilation. The high tide tour takes you to the outskirts of the city. You mainly get to see other boats and trees. You can't hear any of the commentary. The speakers are too quiet and the captain talks too quickly and not loud enough. We passed a few stately home type buildings but couldn't hear what they were supposed to be. So I learnt precisely nothing about anything. Any potential health and safety warnings would have been drowned out by the engine noise, so I'm not sure there were any. No effort put into it.
