Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff (Andy, Finn and Isabelle) were absolutely superb. Attentive, engaging and warm to all passengers on the cruise. The experience itself was wonderful. The river was still and calm and cruise practically glided up and down before returning to dock. We'd bundled this in as.part of my wife's birthday celebrations, and they were wonderful in giving her a birthday shout-out. Finn and Isabelle on the bar were fantastic. Great customer service from both. Andy the skipper was wonderful as well, particularly when giving his anecdotes and stories as we came into dock. A truly lovely experience, and one we cannot wait to come back and do again in the future.
We absolutely loved this evening river cruise and I highly recommend it. I went with my parents and can't wait to go again with my husband sometime, we had music whilst we sailed which i loved, views were gorgeous with bridges and buildings lit up. Andy who drove the boat made us laugh and did an exceptional job, thank you!
The worst cruise I’ve been on - total disappointment. The expectations for this cruise painted by the operator do not meet the reality. The boat was not floodlit. I was expecting jazz and swing but a cd playing Motown music was played. I think I was expecting nice decor, balloons, jazz music, floodlights to see some of the York sites and sailing 30 mins in one direction and return. It was cold, dark and we sailed in circles - sailing past the embarkation point 5 times. We couldn’t see anything other than bars that were lit up. The cruise vessel was not lit with floodlights. There probably would’ve been more entertainment on a bus through town. However One traveller was very drunk and disrupted all on board , and the crew seemed powerless to help but did fortunately close the bar and refuse hime drinks. He clearly and loudly made his view of world politics known and targeted a member of staff constantly. The comments made to this staff member were very embarrassing and offensive. The whole trip was a waste of time and money
The cruise is a really lovely chilled experience, it is maybe slightly too long, however we really enjoyed it and the experience, staff are very nice 👍
Amazing thank you so much staff was fabulous ♥️♥️♥️ so romantic it was my 28th wedding anniversary we had a wonderful time it was a nice little touch with the free glass of fizz
