Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
Upon arrival, your guide will help you avoid the ticket line at the entrance of the Terracotta Warriors Museum and show you the three excavated pits with more than 8,000 pottery soldiers, horses, and chariots in total, and then the Bronze Chariots and Horses Exhibition Hall. You will have at least two and a half hours to explore this significant site.
Our information here may help you get a rough idea of the museum and enhance your visiting. Of the three pits, the Pit 1 is the largest one containing at least 6,000 terracotta figures in battle formation. The Pit 2 is the most spectacular one for the variety of divisions. The Pit 3 is a commanding center for the military groups in the other two pits. The Bronze Chariots and Horses Exhibition Hall displays two bronze chariots half the size of the real ones.
