I recommend that everyone take the tootbus experience with the open top deck seat and hop-on hop-off cruise to see more of the magnificent and fascinating town of Windsor and the River Thames ♡

We did this tour on a recent visit to windsor. Booking online was easy and had a great wee 10% discount at the time we booked so worth checking out. We did the buss first Staff were friendly scanned our tickets on my phone and printed off our cruise tickets and pointed out where we should go to get the boat. Gave us headphones and allowed us to take our seats early while waiting on next departure time. The commenter was loud and clear and very interesting. Although we didn’t use it the hop on and off feature is great to allow you to explore other areas of windsor and outskirts. The tour tour was also useful for getting your bearings of the area after this we moved onto the cruise which was equally enjoyable and informative with different sights to see.

I paid for a Hop on Hop Off with Cruise and when the driver (who was so kind and lovely) scanned my voucher, it only printed the bus ticket. I called the Tootbus number - not in service. I emailed Tootbus - no reply. There was nothing else I could do, so I didnt get to do the cruise. I am now actively seeking at least a 50% refund because I didn't get to do half of what I paid for. Additionally the bus was GROSS. I brushed 3 spiders from my seat/the one in front of me that I was holding on to, at another seat some other winged-insect was on the chair back in front of me, not to mention the bus was dirty, covered in cobwebs, leaves, flowers -- many ripped from trees, I'm sure, as the trees stretch into the roadway and thus into the bus, but some of the dirt was OLD. Theyre clearly not cleaning this bus. I am glad I moved into the aisle seat because I could have been seriously injured or maimed from the branches and how fast the driver was driving when they scrape the side of the bus and over the top of the railing, right at face/eye level. The audio commentary is good, but being distracted by insects, branches, and cobwebs was... not great and I missed learning a bunch of stuff that I was legitimately interesting in knowing. This is not worth the money. Do another bus (the blue Greyline one looked better).

We had 5 kids with us so walking wasn’t an option for them, it was a little costly but the kids could handle it better seeing London from a bus and getting the audio description which was invaluable for their learning experience. We only had one day but the ticket was valid for 24 hours. The boat trip on the Thames is included and everyone enjoyed that. Well worth doing especially with kids.

Bought a 24-hour pass for me and my daughter whilst visiting London. It was a s great way to move around in the summer heat, not crowded tubes or hot buses It’s a shame that the stops don’t really “connect” and that the different lines are just one way lines. Other from that very pleased. Easy to leave a buggy downstairs Waiting not too long for buses, but poorly signed at the actual bus stop Over all very happy 😃
