The entire experience was well organized and fun. Great experience for kids and adults. Worth the trip while in Windsor.

Had a fun & chocolate filled afternoon making chocolate bars, chocolates, truffles, choc dipped fruit and got to bring them all home too - with the lovely Juan, who was very patient with the giggling ladies whilst we worked our way through all the fantastic flavours to decide what to use - thank you for a great time x

We had a great time at Dr Chocs Windsor Chocolate Factory. My kids were entranced with the sights and smells of the chocolate factory and couldn’t believe it when told they needed to try toppings before choosing (chocolate buttons, raisins, almonds, coconut, you name it). Staff were amazing, explaining everything carefully without dampening the fun. Can’t recommend it highly enough

Amazing experience, knowledgeable owners who are really friendly and try to help out as much as they can. Were great with dealing with my allergy! Made an amazing white chocolate mocha!! We will be back

First of all, I need to say the owner was lovely. The chocolate is also delicious and palm oil free. The owner also bought us a few bits of chocolate to try when drinking our hot choc as we told him we'd not tried any during the making. Plus the staff checked a couple of times to see if there were any allergies, and we did enjoy it, but.... The girl who did our workshop was pleasant enough, but not particularly engaged (we had a chance to compare when another couple started and the woman they had was much more engaging, encouraging them to taste, talking to them about the type of chocolate which we had none of). We started by making the shells for our bonbons, just 3 each which was a surprise as you get given a whole tray mould. We then moved on to making our 3 bars, where you 2/3 filled the mould (not to the top as in the pics online) with white/dark/milk chocolate and are left to decorate them as you like (no help given with combos etc. I did ask if I could make a half n half bar, but there was an emphatic no (despite half n half and marbled bars being mentioned on the website). We then filled and finished our bon bons. Next was dipping 2 truffles and 2 bits of fruit (a choice would have been nice) in a tiny cup. A little more choc would have helped as you couldn't fully dip the truffle. The above too just around 30 mins, not the advertised hour. We went up for a hot drink whilst our chocolate set. I think it needs to be made clearer you're not doing the chocolate making for an hour. We went to collect our chocolate and asked about the goody bag that was listed on Groupon, but apparently that's a mistake on Groupons part. We didn't want to fuss as it was my daughter's birthday. We did enjoy it, but it just felt rushed and we were in and out pretty quickly. With a few tweaks and a bit more clarity about what to expect this could be an excellent activity.
