Came here yesterday with my young grandchildren. We had a wonderful time. It was my Granddaughter's birthday and my daughter in law had read online about the birthday board and badges. They asked about this on arrival and were directed straight to customer services who gave her a badge and she was delighted to see her name on the birthday board. Just a small simple gesture that really made her day. It was lovely that so many staff around the park wished her happy birthday. Once again Merlin surprised me with the cost of our meal. As a special birthday treat and to warm up from the miserable weather we decided to eat at the park. We chose the pizza and pasta buffet which cost £69 for 5 people including my Merlin discount for all you can eat and refillable drinks. There was a good choice of pizza and salad and 3 different pastas. I was surprised at the price which I felt was reasonable and none of us left hungry. We just regretted the bouncy ride we chose after eating so much pizza. We also purchased a refillable drinks cup for £13 which gives you unlimited drinks all day and the cup can be reactivated on our next visit for just £6 and we bought the unlimited photo pass for £20 so we really got our moneys worth. We all had a wonderful day out despite the miserable weather and can't wait to come back.

What an amazing day at LEGOLAND Windsor!! I am visiting from the US and treated a friend her family to a day at the park. I was lucky to meet Model Builder April!! She was a spectacular host and is so passionate about her position with LEGOLAND Windsor. Stephen in the Heartlake City shop was very helpful! Everyone left happy!

Excellent day out, with the 3 grandchildren having a great time experiencing lots of different rides, however, the prices are ridiculous high and I do not know how Legoland can justify the charges. Firstly, the entry tickets were reduced from £69 for paying on the day, to £39 with our online purchase - that’s still £78 for two people or £156 for a family of 4 (there was no reduction in price unless you were shorter than 90cm), this meant our 2 year old granddaughter was charged £39i.e full adult price (SHOCKING). Secondly, on top of the park entry prices, we were charged an additional £8 to park our car on site - again ridiculous. Next, we bought our three grandchildren ice creams, and were charged a SHOCKING £18 for the privilege. Then came lunch, where we purchased, two family chicken meals and one chicken burger meal (enough to feed 9 people - our total party size), and this cost us a DOUBLE SHOCKING £93 - if you buy two family bargain buckets of chicken at KFC (the equivalent of 20 pieces of chicken and 8 French fries, then that would only cost you approximately £40) absolutely scandalous !!!!! That’s without the £17 per baseball caps for the grandchildren. All in all, you will need to take out a small loan or mortgage to have a great day at Legoland - absolutely scandalous!!!!!

There are so many interactive experiences at Lego Land with hands-on activities using Lego bricks, which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. When it came to food, we had a great time at City Walk Pizza & Pasta, which had a wide variety of tastes and dietary options. From fast food to healthier choices like salads, there was something for everyone. The friendly and helpful staff made our dining experience particularly enjoyable. Taking home a doggy bag was a nice touch. The awe-inspiring Lego models always stand out for me. My family has always spent at least an hour admiring the intricate reproductions of famous landmarks from around the world. My boys were especially fascinated by the NASA Space Center—it’s a gem. I was captivated by the level of detail and artistry in these displays; I wish I had the talent, patience, and time to create something similar. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to explore the model-making studio, Mythica, Knight's Kingdom, and several other attractions. We're planning to book the indoor golf adventure on our next visit. Even at the end of the day, it was reassuring to see that the park was clean and tidy. The combination of safe, thrilling rides; interactive experiences like the Ninjago ride (despite the pricey photo souvenirs); and the impressive Lego models made for a unique and memorable day for all of us. I've already recommended Lego Land to my relatives with kifds and I'm looking forward to my next visit next month. Honestly, one day isn't enough to experience everything that Lego Land has to offer!

Our first visit to Legoland and it was an enjoyable experience. Mainly geared towards younger kids, it's a calmer venue than Chessington or Thorpe Park as you don't have loads of teenagers running amok. Decent amount of rides. Best if you can get some level of discounted tickets and avoid school holidays.

Profit over customer satisfaction and fun completely misses the point, shame Merlin Entertainments don’t seem to get it!

Take hand sanitiser and avoid food if you don’t want to spend evening over the loo!
