It was a cold, grey and occasionally grey day when we visited the Lakes but David made it a lovely day for us. He planned the itinerary based on our requirements, recommended a lovely place for us to have lunch. He created some really memorable moments for us despite the weather.. maybe I should say because of the weather. We learnt a lot and really had a great time. We are glad we booked our tour with David, who brought us to places we didn't even know about, much less how to get there.

David was excellent, he knows every little places around the Lake District, very informative, patient and keen to show you the gems of the lakes. We will definitely visit again and book him for more than one day.

Out of sheer luck, we found David available for a private tour on very short notice. The Lake district is a vast place and you do need a knowledgable and obliging guide to really get an idea on how truly great this region is. David Brook is all that and more. You'll get to see the best views , the secret waterfalls and inside stories of the place from a true local of the Lake District!
