This tour allows you to visit two of the area's most popular tourist attractions, Aira force and Castlerigg stone circle. Both are not to be missed, and set amongst the Lake District National park's finest scenery.
We will also drive over Kirkstone pass, the highest mountain pass in the Lake District, open to motor traffic with an altitude of 1,489 feet.

Troutbeck is an old fashioned village along the long established, narrow and hilly coach road from Windermere to Penrith.

Stop At: Kirkstone Mountain Pass, England

With an altitude of 1,489 feet this mountain pass offers an exhilarating drive with breathtaking views.

Stop At: Ullswater Lake, England

Take a stroll next to the second largest lake in the English Lake district.

Stop At: Castlerigg Stone Circle, Castle Lane Underskiddaw, Keswick CA12 4RN England

Castlerigg stone circle is perhaps the most atmospheric and dramatically sited of all British stone circles.

    Amazing tour for families to go around Lake District. The driver is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

    Very relaxing and informative way to see highlights of the Lake District. Highly recommended if you’re on a short break and never been before as there’s a lot of beautiful places to see, or if your family aren’t much for walking of course! David knows his stuff and loves the area so is always very positive about where he takes you and despite doing these tours many times remains very enthusiastic about ensuring you get to see the best of the area.
