We had to cancel our trip due to covid May 2020. I received refunds from all but this company. I must have sent over 2 dozen emails trying to get a response. Then finally, they responded they issued a refund to my credit card in January. After checking every credit card I had used for our canceled Paris Trip, no refunds were issued. I notified them of this and the fact that I used Paypal and not a credit card, and they have not responded at all in the last 3 months since.
