    The Versailles was awesome. The process of getting the prepaid tickets was horrible. We had to purchase our own at the gate because we were not sent our tickets

    I purchased an audio guide for $5 on arrival. This helped with curating the important and impressive display of French art and lavishness spanning centuries. Despite the large late afternoon crowd, people moved at a fairy constant pace. Traffic only moves in one direction, for the most part.

    I had a fantastic time at Versaille. It was amazing to jump back in time, get surrounded by the history of french kings, their stilysh life. I can only recommend!

    Standing our the front of Versailles in the rain refreshing my emails constantly waiting for the tickets to come through only to be told the ticket organiser actually didn’t have the tickets they sold me and now have to wait for a refund as we had more tours booked for later in the day
