    Amazing place and although there were lots of people visiting it is so big that you only notice them a few smaller spaces. Gardens were impressive

    Overall the tour was pretty good. The only issue that we had was having to wait to receive the tickets via email which added a little stress bc we were already in line by 9:00 & did not have them until 9:30. Also the audio would time out & need to be restarted occasionally. I would prefer to have my tickets immediately after payment. Other than that, pretty good.

    Bought 2 adult and one childrens ticket. Children’s ticket was a free one for under 6. Charged $30 CAD for it. All were suppose to get us into the palace and garden. Had to buy my 9 year old daughter a ticket to the garden. There is no priority line up. It’s just regular admission. Having your ticket prior is not priority 🙄

    Versailles is amazing. I took nearly 3 hours inside and do see the garden. Buy your ticket online in advance. As for the La Vacanza Travel guide? Such a waste! There is no guide. No response to messages left. Instructions are cryptic. Luckily I was able to get help from the staff at Versailles. They said "oh this is independent tour, we always have trouble with them."

    The palace is beautiful and it is an amazing experience, but the crowds in the main section of the palace- leading to and from the hall of mirrors was a bit much. The estate of the Trianon was much better and thus the visit was lovely. Be prepared for quite a bit if a walk.
