Our guide Wayan was very friendly, a great driver, shared lots of stories and local tips while taking us to the port for our snorkeling experience. Once there, he made sure we were safely boarded on the boat and promptly served at the café afterwards. Truly great service and a memorable experience swimming with the many colourful sea creatures. 10/10. Loved it!
Mat picked us up at the dock and we drove to Blue Lagoon. My wife boarded the boat but I had a problem since the waves were rocking the boat. They made me take my shoes off and I slipped on the steps of the ladder. Fell off and my leg got pinned between the ladder and rocking boat. Lost the skin on my left leg and big toe. They took me to the restaurant where I was patched up while my wife went swimming. Mat and I became friends while waiting. We could never find a better driver and guide than him. Have never received personal service like that. When we some day get back to Bali, we will request him for all our excursions. Can't find anyone better.
We had a great day snorkeling. So many colorful fish. Our driver Ertha was very friendly and the lunch was good too! Would recommend!
My day started off wonderfully with my guide Giri picking me up at the hotel on time 👌🏾 A nice AC car took me to the tempel where Giri showed me how to give an offering ( all inclusive). He also explained to be about Balinese culture and traditions. Then he took me to the snorkelling site. He always explained what was going on and he was kind enough to watch my things while I was snorkelling🙏🏾 Giri was very accommodating and always asked if I needed or WANTED something🙏🏾👌🏾 The lunch was great. Hotel drop off was also included. He played nice music along the way and made some stops just because I needed some thing. Highly recommend the snorkelling and Giri as your guide!
