Our experience was wonderful . From the moment Daki picked us up from the hotel he made us feel very special and looked after us so well . Our jeep driver was amazing taking beautiful photographs and sharing the history of the area and the last eruption of the volcano . Daki took us to the most beautiful waterfalls where without his wonderful photography skills we wouldn’t come away with the memories we have . The hero tour was followed by a trip to the waterfalls which were stunning and surprisingly warm for the time of day . Again Daki took the most amazing photos for us that look as if a professional took them. A superb day and would thoroughly recommend this trip and Daki and the team

L’arnaque!! Si vous prenez l’option de 30 euros par personne faites bien attention parce qu’il n’y a pas de Cascade, petit’déjeuner, eau, café, thé… ni transport pour y aller!!! Tant que c’est bien noté dans tous les options que c’est inclu le transport n’importe laquelle on prends. On a su qu’on avait pas le shuttle quand on a été informé à moins de 24h en avance de l’endroit et l’heure (qui n’était pas la même marquée dans le ticket de la réservation où il avait indiqué qu’on allait être cherché dans notre hôtel qu’on a dû y spécifier) Même en parlant avec le chef par là app nous a pas proposé de prendre le transport avec eu pour plus d’argent (on lui a demandé) Après avoir chercher un chofer privé pour deux personnes à la dernière minute on est allé et l’organisation c’était pas top et en plus on a dû payer l’entrée à la ville du volcan quand normalement tout est pris en charge! On a montré où contrôleur notre réservation et rien, à payer!! Il faut améliorer les explications de quoi on achète et les services qu’on auta car le patron de l’entreprise nous disait que c’est normal qu’on a rien inclu parce qu’on a payer « le moins cher » (pour lui) nous on s’en fou du pris, on veux simplement les services qui nous ont été proposés et qui sont bien marqués dans notre ticket donné par Tripadvisor. La seule bonne chose c’était August, notre driver du 4x4, car il a été super sympa et aimable avec les photos et tout et pour nous aider à parler avec le patron et voir où été le problème.
