Safety Standards:

Your safety is always our top priority. We only use first rate equipment that are well maintained. Our guides are trained to the standards of the American Whitewater Affiliation. They are completed the swift water rescue technician course and they are also proficient in CPR and first Aid to enhance your safety, our guides team. After two hours of trip roaring fun, welcome drinks await you on your arrival at our enchanting riverside location.

Most memorable part was when the tour operator gave us little to no notice that they wouldn’t pick up from our hotel even though we booked weeks in advance. We got the message 8pm the night before that they do not pick up from outside of Kuta even though they knew we were staying in Seminyak as we had requested pick up and paid extra for what we believe was pick up from Seminyak. Rang tour operator and no answer. Sent message and ended up ringing La Vacanza Travel to find out your operators meant to confirm 72 hours prior and we were lucky to get 11 hours notice. Still waiting 3 days later to see if we will get a refund

Well organised. Lovely guide - he was great fun! Showers not the cleanest and meal after was okay, but rafting itself was tremendous!

Beautiful morning spent rafting down the graceful Ayung River. Our guide Made was hilarious. The rafting was fun and bouncy but not too hard core. The river was clean and beautiful... no rubbish to be seen. And there were showers, fresh towels and complimentary 3 course lunch back at the starting point. Great morning!
