Back in 1840, Anna – the Duchess of Bedford – started the Afternoon tea trend simply because she was hungry. The waiting period between lunch and dinner was too long, and she would feel hungry around 3-4 PM. Then she asked fod a tray filled with tea, brean and butter and cake to be brought to her room. Then her friends started joining her, creating the trend that we all love until this day. Eventhough we are in Bali, that doesn’t mean we cannot enjoy this.
