By far the most exhilarating experience on this trip. Due to a misunderstanding, my photos were accidentally deleted after my flight. I was disappointed but the tour company certainly did their best to remedy the situation. I was 💯 impressed and thankful how professional they resolved the issue. Although, I had to go fly again to retake the photos, they certainly made things possible in a short amount of time. Because I had a bus pick-up at 5:20 that same day, I was very surprised they had a rented taxi, just for me, to redo the flight and re-take the photos. Truly thankful for the lady at the office counter who made this possible and to all the pilots that helped remedy the situation. That being said, Dionelle was a great pilot, very skilled, confident and fun!!! My 2 boys, aged 20 and 22 also told me this was by far the best experience they have on this European trip. Tip: after a flight , if you ever really need to go to the bathroom as soon as you land, which I did, make sure to tell your pilot to SAVE the photos. I wrongly assumed they were gonna still be at the landing field when I get back. But, most of the time, the pilots head back to the mountain for the next flight and they assume you did not want the photos and deletes them, especially if they don’t have enough storage. Overall, my family and I had a great experience. We recommend and trust this company.
