    Upon check in at the bus counter none of the staff were aware of these vouchers or validity. They were polite and helpful, however, I am still uncertain if the voucher was a scam and they just felt sorry for myself and daughter. NationalExpress provided excellent service and a commitment to safety. The voucher promoters need to either advise the supplier they provide vouchers as a third party and not directly through the National Express website or advise customers there could be issues when checking in as the vouchers aren’t recognised by all. I’d use NationalExpress again without hesitation, however I will never use La Vacanza Travel as a booking company again due to this.

    Good coach, friendly driver, smooth journey. For someone trying to find the coach with the right destination at Stansted, though, a confusing and time consuming experience. More clear signs as to where to queue for which destination would be helpful.

    I had a really good experience I booked a return ticket from Stratford to Stansted .Booking process easy. Coach left on time no problems arrive at Stansted in good time. My return was 04.00am as a woman travelling alone I was a bit apprehensive only problem I had was finding where the coach was leaving from I think better sign posting would help. Coach arrived early driver was female she was very helpful journey was uneventful all in all I would definitely use National express again .

    Don't count on them. Booked a transfer. Bus Driver ignored 10 other people standing at the bus stop and waved at us like we are idiots. Nearly missed my flight. Customer Service is not helpful. Initially no reimbursement. Fighting for my rights. Never us National Express if you need to be somewhere. NEVER!
