What Can You Expect?

Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) at the terminal reception. From the meeting point, our driver will safely drop the passengers to the dedicated destination requested by the passengers. In case of any emergency passenger(s) can reach out to us through our emergency contacts.

Driver called cell phone and we spoke about the meetup at the South Hampton Cruise Port. Disembarking went smoothly so we cleared immigration and customs earlier than expected. Driver agreed to come earlier than expected. came to terminal with sign with our name. All went well and he was an excellent driver taking us into central London on a Monday morning to our hotel. Would recommend him.

It was actually a transfer from the holiday inn in Southampton to Gatwick airport. I must admit that the company was punctual, was in contact with us and the vehicle sent was very good. The bad experience we had was with the driver, who wanted to do a Formula 1 race during the trip, it was raining at certain points of the trip, he drove abruptly, changed lanes continuously and was whistled at by several vehicles for his driving style. We told him several times that we were not in a hurry, that we had two children with us and we wanted to get home. He was not at all polite when he answered that it always rained there. I am very sorry for this comment since the company did comply perfectly. I would hire the company again, but I will make sure they send a good driver.
