I was not able to go to the ride at all. When I arrived the ticket booth and show the agent my ticket, he said that it was just a confirmation and not the actual ticket. But that's the only thing I received from La Vacanza Travel. He asked me to contact Globaltix but I did not get any response for 2 hours, which passed the time that i have to leave the park due to my schedule. The ticket booth agent even said that my ticket had been redeemed and cannot be used. Money is not the only thing that matters, but this will give me a very bad experience for my trip to Singapore. They refuse to give me a refund for the 3 tickets and said the ticket is still good till end of December. Do you think I will fly all the way back from USA just to ride the Skyhelix? I understand this only happens occasionally, but I have already lost the trust on third party ticketing agencies, unless I book directly with the attraction itself. What a terrible day!
