Your tour operator was so unprofessional, showed up late, untidy, not properly dressed, not helpful at all, butched up our voucher, we end up not being allowed to entrance to Sentosa, cost us extra money and effort to find our own transportation back to our hotel.

I found no point in booking this tour. We could have booked the tickets online and called the taxi for pickup and drop off ourselves. Our contact person messaged me for contact numbers but failed to give us proper directions on what to do, our preferred time of show or pickup time and pickup point after the show. Our hotel pickup was more than 30 minutes late and we were only picked up after we called several times. We were not consulted about what time we wanted to see the Wings of Time show. The late tickets were booked for us and because of the possibility of it raining and the late show being cancelled we bought our own premium tickets for the earlier show. The tickets we were provided with could not be changed for the earlier show. The staff at Sentosa Island are very helpful and directed us appropriately to the various activities and shows. Madame Tussaud’s was ok, not great. The Wings of Time show was definitely worth the extra that we paid for the premium tickets (not part of the tour package). We took the train back to Vivocity and got a taxi back to our hotel at our own cost as our contact was unable to assist us with transportation back when we called him. I would not recommend that anyone book this tour. Rather take your own taxi to Sentosa and back and book your own tickets.
