Comprising three distinct spaces over 101 hectares–Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden–this oasis of lush greenery has won multiple accolades since it first opened.

It's just beautiful to see....the transportation was helpful and comprehensive. We have spent a memorable time over there and enjoyed well the gardens as well as the foods...satay were too good!

Pick up from our hotel was terrible. Driver was unprofessional. As per tour operator directions driver should pic up at front of the lobby by 2pm. He was standing around the corner of our hotel, not at front of the lobby. We have to go and looking for our car. No signs on the car. Driver is not speak English... He show up after I call tour operator and ask what color and model of the car. He was 30 min late ( outside temperature 98 F, and 100% humidity). Unprofessional service.

Loved both events! Could have spent days returning to the Gardens, they are beautiful. Missed the cloud forest, next trip.

I had booked a 4.00pm slot for the vieweing Deck expecting to be up on the viewing deck for at least ah hour to so. Got send a message that we were being picked up 1.5 hours earlier. Got dropped off at the Marina Sands to be told that we had to be back at the taxi at 4.00pm - the queue was close on an hour;s wait. at 3.48 decided we could not wait in the queue any longer as the bus was leaving at 4.00pm as the next part was only allows access no later than 4.30. So never got to the Observation deck, of the Marina Sands.....how can you expect someone to wait in a queue for over an hour and expect them to spent 3 minutes at the top. Oh but this is 31st December we were told......that is why I booked the 4.00 pm slot. Same the the Gardens, the queue to get to the Observation Deck of the Gardens closed at 4.30 we got their with 12 minutes to spare....so also did not make it into this deck. I paid for a specific time with no explanation as to why initially our pick up was now 2.30 and not 3.45 as was originally Whats Apped to me. The
