Proceed to visit a traditional coffee roaster. Coffee is a daily beverage for most local. Trace the story behind Singapore's coffee culture and how Singapore coffee differs from western coffee.
Continue on to a traditional bakery and discover how the bread, together with coffee created a traditional breakfast combination that owe much to Western influence, but with a twist.
End at the hawker centre and wet market where locals go to have meals and buy fresh produce/ meat. Over here, one will be able to immerse in the sight, sound and smell at the wet market and be amazed by the variety of affordable local cooked food at the hawker centre. We will try some food or snacks here.
