Chinatown's maze of narrow roads includes Chinatown Food Street, with its restaurants serving traditional fare like Hainanese chicken rice, noodles and satay. Souvenir shops and indie boutiques dot the area, offering clothes, crafts and antiques, while Club Street is full of trendy wine bars. Cultural institutions here include the 1827 Sri Mariamman Temple and the ornate Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum.

Little India is known for its traditional Indian restaurants, especially along Serangoon Road and Race Course Road. The busy streets are filled with malls, jewellery stores and tailor shops. The landmark Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple is embellished with colourful statues of Hindu deities. Jalan Besar is a small hip area with quirky cafes serving specialty coffee and inventive modern cuisine.

Did the Singapore half day tour with garden by the bay inclusion. We were picked up from our hotel and transported to the tour starting point. The half day tour was good. It gave us a bit of a perspective of Singapore layout . Visited Merlion , temple in China Town a quick drive round to some of the other points of interest then on to Garden by the bay. We were dropped off for 2hrs to see Cloud Forest and flower dome which were excellent. We were then picked up and transported back to our hotel by about 1.30pm . We enjoyed it very much and would recommend to anyone who wants to have a quick look at some of the sights of Singapore.

Just what I expected from this tour - loved both the domes and the tram ride around the Gardens - if one had the energy and could take the heat it would be great to spend all day here. But we could not! So only did the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. The morning city tour was good but we had done two of the sites before - not the tours fault our for not reading thoroughly! We opted to make our own way back from the gardens to our hotel to enable us to spend more time in the gardens - I do not think we would have managed looking at what we did in the short time allocated via the tour. We took a taxi back to the hotel but it would have been just as easy on the MRT

Generally good sightseeing and value. Picked up at 8.45am and dropped at bus area about 9.50am. Tour only started at 10.20am. Initial part was guided. Then left at Gardens by the bay to see Flower Dome and Supertrees until 1pm. Poor instructions and confusion re pick-up with people left wondering if anyone was turning up until about 1.30pm

Its good overall. It just the operator here in singapore is lack of communication. I had to contact La Vacanza Travel customer service directly to get my booking confirmation and confirm my pick up hotel.
