The program was very good, we liked the trip, but the attitude of the travel agency, which probably forgot about us and lied that there were works on the road /it was Saturday morning at four o'clock/ and then that their bus broke down. We waited 2 hours before reception. Furthermore, they wanted to push us a hotel /even though we paid extra for a cave hotel/, which was worse than the basic offer. After a lengthy protest by all involved, they took us to the hotel we had paid for. All this speaks of the incorrectness of the travel agency. Karkušová

Kappadokien ist landschaftlich der Hammer! Leider konnten wir den zweitägigen Ausflug nicht genießen, weil die Tour lieblos und dazu schlecht organisiert war. Wir erhielten durch den sehr unfreundlichen Tourguide Mehmed keinerlei Informationen zu den bemerkenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten die Kappadokien zu bieten hat, noch zu dem Ablauf der Tour (z. B. Zeitabläufe, ergänzende Kosten, wo oder wann es Frühstück/ Abendessen gibt etc.). Das Mittagessen an beiden Tagen kostete, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, extra, war allerdings mit 11 € preislich für die gebotene Qualität (Zitat eines Teilnehmers: „this is prison food“) völlig überzogen. Am zweiten Tag gab es dieses Mittagessen nur auf massive Nachfrage mehrerer Teilnehmer - dann allerdings erst um 17 Uhr; für die Kinder war dies besonders schlimm. Die ganze Tour hatte den öden Beigeschmack einer Kaffeefahrt, weil nahezu jeder Stopp für eine Verkaufsveranstaltung genutzt wurde. So hielten wir besonders lange an Shops (z. B. Schmuckladen), während die Stopps an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, auch durch die ausbleibenden Beschreibungen dazu, uns vergleichsweise kurz erschienen. Das extra zu buchende Highlight der Tour, die Ballonfahrt / der Blick auf die fliegenden Ballons (angepriesen als panoramic view) wurde, wie wir durch Gespräche mit verschiedenen Teilnehmern erfahren haben, zu stark unterschiedlichen Preisen angeboten (0–160; offiziell: 200 €). Mit Worten lässt sich nicht beschreiben, wie lieblos und karg Guide Mehmed diese Tour durchgeführt hat; ausdrücklich möchten wir hier die anderen Guides und Fahrer der Tour, die alle sehr nett waren, aus unserer Kritik ausnehmen. Kappadokien ist eine sehr schöne Region in der Türkei und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, für uns jedoch nicht wieder mit diesem Veranstalter. Materielle Gier und der an jeder Ecke offensichtliche Versuch Touristen abzuzocken, zerstören das Erlebnis – schade!

Eine Tolle Tour Deutsch Englisch gebucht und der Reise Leiter hat super alles Erzählt und erklärt. Und für alle die diese Reise machen auch wenn ein paar Euro Teurer aber bucht die Reise mit Höhlenhotel der Wahnsinn. ganz einfach muss man gesehen haben. Familie 2. Erwachsene 1. Kind kleine Gruppe gerade mal 13 Personen.
