Stop At: The Bund, The Bund, Shanghai

Your tour guide will meet you at exit of airport at 08:30 a.m. or your arrival time. Then, we will move to Shanghai downtown. Firstly, you will wander in the Bund.
The Bund is a famous waterfront on the west bank of Huangpu River and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. Here, the charm of Shanghai as a bustling metropolis combining the century-old history and flourishing future is fully presented, making the Bund Shanghai a must-see attraction. You will see the 26 various buildings of different architectural styles at the Bund. Such as Peace Hotel(Heping Fandian), Shanghai Customs House, the Bund City Sculptures and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. You will appreciate modern skyscrapers across the Huangpu River.

Waibaidu Bridge is always a romantic place for lovers. As a shooting place for many TV series and films, it has a special appeal for those who have an old-Shanghai complex.
Waibaidu Bridge is one of the landmarks of the old city of Shanghai, spanning the Suzhou Creek, and at the confluence of this creek with the Huangpu River. It is the earliest and largest steel bridge in the city, stretching from north to south.

Then, you will walk around Nanjing Road, explore surrounding communities and the thinnest building.

Stop At: Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road), Nanjing East Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai 200000 China

Nanjing Road is considered to be the 'No. 1 commercial street in China', which has been a landmark for this city for a long time. Along its 5.5 kilometers, you will find over 600 shops that on average are visited by some 1.7 million people each day. Here, you can purchase everything wanted, spanning from special and cheap souvenirs to the luxurious world famous brands. You can also visit the surrounding neighborhoods and the thinnest building.
The thinnest in Ningbo Road is known as Paper Building(纸片楼).
The building was once reported by British Daily Mail, stated as perhaps the world's flattest and thinnest building. Standing in the front of the the building at 30°it just looks like a piece of paper. The old house had four floors, not all that thin; it takes the shape of triangular polygon. This novel and strange building still has a large number of residents.

Then, you will admire the facade of many scenic spots around people's square.

Stop At: People’s Square, People’s Square, Shanghai

Shanghai People's Square is located at the very center of Shanghai and is the demarcation point of East Nanjing Road and West Nanjing Road. It is a flourishing place for people to look around.
We will see many scenic spots around people's square, such as the new Municipal Government Mansion, Shanghai Museum, Shanghai Grand Theater, Shanghai History Museum and the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall.

Then, we will walk to Yunnan Road. There is a street filled with great little eateries, definitely a good place for a quick bite. You will have some free time to explore the area and have lunch (own expense). According to your preference, your guide will recommend some delicious local foods to eat.

In the afternoon, you will walk through Yuayuan Old Street, experience the original Shanghai atmosphere and visit a classical garden.

Shanghai Old Street, historically called Miaoqian Dajie, is an old business street that has a combination of tourist attractions, shops, entertainment and cultural exhibits. It owes its special social attractions and rich commercial background to the fact that the earliest bank, gold shop, jeweler's store, wine shop and tea house of the city were all to be found here. Visiting the old alleys of Shanghai is a great way to discover the traditional culture of this city and experience the real life of the Shanghainese.

Stop At: Yu Garden (Yuyuan), No.218 Anren Street, Huangpu District, Shanghai 200010 China

Later, you will be shown around Yu Garden which was first built in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty by Pan Yunduan as a comfort for his father, the minister Pan En, in his old age. Pan Yunduan began the project after failing one of the imperial exams, but his appointment as governor of Sichuan postponed construction for nearly twenty years until 1577. 
Yu Garden is small in size, but it contains all elements that a classical Chinese garden should have. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters all have unique characteristics. The garden has six areas, each with its own style.

Then, you will transfer to Pudong New Area, walk along Lujiazui Ring Bridge which is good place to photograph skyscrapers and enjoy panoramic views of Shanghai on the Observation Decks of Oriental Pearl Tower.

Stop At: Oriental Pearl Tower (Dongfang Mingzhu), No. 1 Century Avenue, Pudong New Area, Shanghai 200120 China

Once the tallest building in Shanghai, the Oriental Pearl Tower remains one of the most recognizable skyscrapers in Pudong, part of the skyline visible from The Bund. The sci-fi-esque 1,535-foot (468-meter) tower houses observation platforms, a glass-bottomed walkway, rotating restaurant, as well as the Shanghai History Museum in its basement.
The Oriental Pearl Tower’s facade is impossible to miss during a Shanghai visit. Then, We will walk into the Oriental Pearl Tower, learn Shanghai’s history in the Municipal History Museum which is located in the tower's pedestal, take an elevator up to glass-bottomed sightseeing floor and see the views from the observation decks.

Afterwards, enjoy comfortable transfer back to airport to catch your flight. Wrap your memories and say good-bye.
