What Can You Expect?

When your cruise ship arrives at any of Shanghai's many cruise ports -- Shanghai International Cruise Terminal, Baoshan Port or Waigaoqiao Port -- you'll be greeted by your professional driver and escorted to your private vehicle. Sit back, relax and enjoy comfortable transportation to your Shanghai hotel.

Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When making a booking, you will need to advise your cruise line, cruise arrival time and your hotel accommodation. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. (Contact info will be included on your confirmation voucher.)"

They are Shanghai International Cruise Terminal at Dong Da Ming Road, Baoshan Port at Wusongkou, and Waigaoqiao Port. Choosing the correct cruise port is very important.

We were very delayed getting off our cruise ship but our driver was still waiting patiently and took us quickly to our hotel. It took all the hassle out of finding a cab etc to have an English-speaking driver involved. Well worth it!

Our transfer from the port to our hotel in Shanghai. Driver was courteous and helpful. The pickup was 2 1/2 hours late but I believe this was due to too much traffic at the port. Apparently the road was closed for a while. Not the driver's fault.
