We arranged a personalized bike tour with this agency via our hotel. It was beyond amazing! Charlie was an exceptional host, guiding us through the city, hitting all the major sights of Shanghai, and taking us to hidden gems we wouldn't have found on our own. She was incredibly kind, open, and engaged, chatting with us about everything under the sun. What we hoped would be a great guide turned into finding a true friend. And to top it off, she generously spent an extra hour with us at no additional cost. Don't miss out on this incredible tour if you want to experience the real Shanghai through a local's eyes.

Charly is great guide, her English is fluent, we loved all the background information about the city, the buildings and the people she shared with us along the way. The bikes were new and very comfortable, even after 4 hours biking! We will most definitely go back for another tour to discover a different part of the city!

Charlie was a great guide who brought Shanghai to life with historical facts and pictures. Her descriptions were detailed and knowledgeable and she was helpful beyond just the tour in assisting me to get the rental bikes to work! The snack stop was delicious and quite traditional Shanghaise fare.
