Does this company still exist? I made a booking and paid online, no confirmation with the company, arrived to tour start location, waited 25 minutes… no guide arrived. Phone numbers provided do not work. One star rating for the refund being processed in a timely fashion

Our tour guide didn't show up. We wasted value time in Bali because the guide was a no show. We received a refund but wasted money and time traveling to Denpasar. Do NOT book!

We took cab to meeting point, but tour operator never showed up. Tried to contact them with no luck. No explanation and no apology. Very difficult to get a cab back to our hotel so huge frustration and waste of time

The tour guide did not show up. So we wasted money on transport to and from the meeting point. Definitely not recommended.

What a wonderful way to learn and taste the local food. Diny our tour operator was so knowledgeable and always asked if we were comfortable with her suggestions. Being such a small group made travelling around the bustling Denpasar a lot easier. Highly recommend.......
