5* from the starting to the end of our adventure. We did mean to do the trekking 24.01.24 but unfortunately, both of us had food poison. We contacted the company to re-schedule and were so flexible that we knew was going to be a good trekking. Our driver, Arya, came to pick up us on the spot (03:30am from Ubud), he was really nice, polite and knowledgable. I would highly recommend to use his services. Our trekking guide, Wayan Gunawan, was excellent. We are already on our 50’s and he was pacient and waiting for us if we needed. We had 3 stops and he took us to see one of the best sunrise I have experienced before. The breakfast was lovely and took a lot of profesional pictures. On our way back to Ubud, Arya stopped the car in a coffee farm to experience Bali’s countryside. 5* services for this company. If you are planning to visit Ubud and want to trek Mount Batur, do not hesitate to use this company. One of the best in Bali
