Atuh Beach on Nusa Penida or Pantai Atuh as it’s known in Bahasa, is one of the most epic beaches in Nusa Penida. It’s a rough drive and a short hike down to the beach but boy oh boy isn’t this incredible little bay worth it!

Stop At: Thousand Islands Viewpoint, Pejukutan 80771 Indonesia

During a visit to the Thousand Islands Viewpoint of Nusa Penida, you will be able to take in one of the best views that the island has to offer. Out in front of you will be the famous Diamond Beach at the bottom of the massive cliff wall alongside various rock formations out in the water. It is sure to be a memorable stop on your itinerary and your guide will walk you through how to enjoy it all.

Bobby and Putu were absolutely amazing. And the underground temple was stunning as was the rest of the tour with Putu on Nusa Penida. Everything from the pickup from our hotel, boat ride, tour on the island, and drop off went seamlessly. Putu was fun, energetic, knowledgeable and navigated the island with ease. One note, there was a bit more time built in for photo ops then we would have chosen, but for some that was probably perfect. Thanks again to Putu, Bobby, and everyone else on the team. 10/10 recommend.

This company is phenomenal with communication. My driver, Santika, was super awesome and informative. My guide, Widiana, over in Nusa Penida was also amazing and full of information. The views were so beautiful it was everything I expected. Also, the Penida Underground Temple was just spectacular. Widi also took some really good pics of me using my phone. I enjoyed my whole day. For anyone with mobility issues, this is a risky visit. The steps up to the temple are steep, uneven and many! However, the most difficult bit, is the drop down the narrow steps through a not so large hole, to reach the underground cavern. I am in my seventies, reasonably fit but found this difficult. My wife, with a broken wrist, really struggled to get down through the opening, unable to use one hand for balance. The cavern is worth the hassle but once through, it’s a long walk back to your transport!
