    I was disappointed with our transport. Our driver was wonderful and did the best he could. The vehicle was not appropriately sized for a family of 5 plus luggage. We rode for three hours with a kid on our lap. The time was so long because of traffic congestion which was not the drivers fault.. I think La Vacanza Travel should have sent a larger vehicle.

    Booked online pick up from airport driver never showed up had book taxi at airport very frustrating 😑

    Disappointed with taxi pickup. Driver late and no contact. A lovely independent taxi driver helped out by phoning. Told several times driver was only 5 minutes away but not true. Waited at least half an hour, exhausted after our trip from uk and the same independent taxi driver helped us again, telling us where to wait for the driver. When he eventually arrived he was apologetic but by that time we were caught in the rush hour to Ubud and rain was pouring down. Not a good start to our holiday.

    Best service!!!! Arya provided an amazing service! I don’t think it could have been any better. My AirBnB was not there to check me in so he helped me find another place for an hour and half at 3am after I landed. Sooo very much helpful!!! 100% recommend!

    Great service and extremely friendly driver who was more than willing to give us some ideas on what to do. Even asked if we were hungry after the flight and offered to stop for us to grab some food.
