Start your 7 to 8-hour tour with dolphin encounter with our professional driver who will come to pick you up at the hotel you are staying, and we'll head to Flic en Flac or Tamarin(estimated travel time 1 hour). There, you'll board a speedboat to see and swim with dolphins. Our skipper will guide you on respectful interaction. It's a unique and moving experience connecting you with nature and these incredible animals.

Stop At: Crystal Rock, Opposite Ile Aux Benitiers, Inside the Lagoon, Le Morne, Mauritius

Following your dolphin swim, you'll proceed to the renowned Crystal Rock. Here, you can snorkel in the clear lagoon and capture stunning photos. Crystal Rock is a striking natural wonder located in the southwestern part of the island, within the Le Morne lagoons. This captivating rock formation is just a short distance from the shoreline, providing a magnificent view for all who gaze upon it.

After your swim, you'll head to Benitier Island for a delightful 3-course lunch. Skilled chefs will start preparing your meal as soon as you arrive on the island, and within an hour, you'll be enjoying a delicious menu featuring grilled seafood and fish, chicken, sausages, garlic bread, salads, and for dessert: Banana Flambé. You'll also have access to a wide selection of unlimited local drinks during lunch. Following your meal, take some time to relax. You can soak up the sun on the beach, stroll along the endless shoreline, or explore the captivating lagoons and coral reefs around the island. Quite an annoying experience it was. You wake up at 5, getting picked up, it's an hour drive, then you wait for some more time until all the people gather, then you take around 15 minutes on a speed boat and all these difficulties are just to come to a place where the dolphins are, just to see that's it a small patch of the ocean, surrounded by literally 25 other boats, all circling around the poor dolphins. It's impossible to jump into the water to try to swim with these mammals, as you have quite high chances of being ran over by a boat. We spent there around 20 minutes, saw a couple of dolphins' fins and backs, and went to the snorkeling place, which took 20 more minutes of speed boating. The snorkeling was mediocre as there is basically nothing to see in these waters. After that we headed to some island to have a lunch there. The dinner was really nice, I have to admit, with meat dishes and beverages. After that we had some time to spare on the shore and were taken to the transfer car to finally make it home. So, the transfer experience and the lunch are the only positive sides of this trip, the most important parts or the trip were terrible. Don't ever waste your money on this attraction.

The trip was very good and we witnessed dolphins in their natural habitat. It was slightly unorganised on arrival as boats seemed to be going from everywhere but we managed to find ours. If I had one criticism, it would be that there was no food or water or any other drinks on the boat. It was an early start and we missed breakfast and did not get a drink or food until about midday. A few bottles of water and a croissant would have been a nice touch.

The full-day speed boat tour to Iles aux Benitiers, including dolphin watching and snorkelling at Crystal Rock, was organized by Cozy Trip and Tours. They did an excellent job, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the day. The guides from Cozy Trip and Tours were knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing the overall quality of the tour. I would definitely choose them again for future adventures.
