Very good and informative tour. All the chosen locations were wonderful and our guide Carla was excellent. The only recommendation I'd have is to write better instructions on where and how to find our guide and van when we get off the train in Reims. It was not as written. Another couple and we could not find our group since there are many gathered in same place.

I would highly recommend this tour! Our guide picked us up promptly and it was a small group of 6. We had a very nice private van that drove us around all day. Jerome was extremely knowledgeable about the region and the production process of champagne. Our first stop at Veuve Plicquot was great. Their cellars are beautiful and they had a very nice tasting experience while learning about their long history in the region. The next stop was our champagne master class and lunch. Jerome did a great job with the class and it was very fun for all of us to learn more and try some sensory experiences related to champagne. The food was out of this world!!! The last stop was a family run place and Jerome seemed to know them well. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They were in the middle of harvest so we got to see them pressing grapes which was very nice. And their champagne was also excellent. This was such a lovely day and a great way to experience all that champagne country has to offer if you just have a day. The only advice I would give is if you are coming from Paris, they book you on the high speed rail. Doing this by myself was a little daunting, so if you aren’t super adventurous, you might take that into consideration. I managed to figure it out and everyone I asked questions of was helpful. If you can ma age the train, then so not hesitate to book this tour. Worth every penny of the cost!
