Our guide (Cecilia) was fun, delightful, and energetic. My bike was a bit problematic, but she attempted to correct the issue as best she could. Due to the issues with the bike it was not as fun as it could have been. However the tour itself was fun, and Cecilia was excellent with our 10yo and 12yo daughters. As a side note, the guide does not come into palace with you. They take you around the grounds on the bikes, to the market, and so on. However in most facilities they are arranging other things, or using the restroom facilities themselves, after giving you some of the more memorable stories about why the palace is built in such a manner, including the placement of the trees. Very informative, and Cecilia was very good at engaging her "audience" aka us. As another side note: Tripadvisor is asking if the guides are required to do certain things for C-19. I am not sure if they are required by the company per se, but I do know that Cecilia was very conscientious in minimizing the possibility of transmission. That is the reason I put in, "not sure" when asked.

We loved biking around the grounds at Versailles. It was a great way to get a bit of exercise and really see the property - way beyond what you could ever walk in a day. Our weather was not even that nice and we still had a great time! Mostly though we loved our tour guide Cecelia. She took us through the markets in the town of Versailles and to a GREAT crepes restaurant for a late lunch. Both of these things we never would have done or found on our own. We also enjoyed the Versailles tour too, but we had been there before so it was not as unique to us as the other things. Totally worth it! Great trip!
