He will explain to you during a full lunch or dinner the history of dishes you will select from onion soup to snails or foie gras. The best cheeses and wine will complement the tasting. The venue is the restaurant of the former chef of the National Assembly and of the former director of three Michelin stars such as the Jules Verne of the Eiffel Tower. François is Oenologist, and you will be able to ask all questions about French wines.
