She is a cookbook writer specialized in French cuisine and French pastries.
Catherine has travelled all around the globe and speaks fluent English.
This class offers you the experience of a personnalised activity with a real Parisian, very close to the Arch of Triumph.
Minimum two participants.

What Can You Expect?

During Catherine's pastry class you will learn how to cook:
- Small choux à la crême (French cream puffs)
- A small tarte Tatin
- Madeleines
- Chocolate truffles
Then you will have some tea or coffee with her to enjoy these delicious desserts.
The desserts that will remain will be offered for you to take home.

Great host, learned how to make great desserts, from a local who was amazing, we made four desserts then ate them.

We were slightly delayed on our arrival time and Catherine was very accommodating. She had everything ready when we arrived. The desserts we made were easy and good. Would recommend for groups of 3 or less due to kitchen size
